AI & Agent Access
Flashlight Database is published as ordinary crawlable HTML and as compact structured data for agents.
Machine-readable endpoints
- Agent manifest — discovery document for the machine-readable surfaces and WebMCP tools.
- Full catalog JSON — flashlight entities, core specifications, sources, and source-backed semantic facts.
- Relationship graph — normalized subject → predicate → object relationships.
- Computed question index — query fan-out pages and the entities supporting each answer.
- Compact Markdown catalog — low-token overview.
- llms.txt and llms-full.txt — agent-oriented site maps and usage guidance.
Each flashlight also has dedicated JSON and Markdown representations linked from its HTML product page.
Browser-agent tools
When the browser supports the Web Model Context API, this site registers read-only WebMCP tools for searching flashlights, retrieving an entity, finding related lights, comparing known records, and searching computed questions.
WebMCP is progressive enhancement: crawlers and assistants which do not support it still get the same information through HTML, JSON-LD, JSON, Markdown, sitemaps, and internal links.
